Withdrawal and Add/Drop
Article (19)
- With the approval of the academic advisor, a student may withdraw from or add up to two courses during the academic advising period and within the first week of the summer semester.
- In these cases, the withdrawal is not recorded in the student’s transcript.
- If the student withdraws after the specified period and before the start of the midterm exams, the withdrawn course(s) will be recorded in the transcript with the remark (Withdrawn – W).
